Charity Shop treasures: R2 magazine

Apriamo il capitolo Charity Shop. Negozietti di associazioni benefiche che vendono a prezzi stracciatissimi roba usata donata da chi non sa più che farsene. Gli acquirenti hanno il vantaggio di poter curiosare fra merce di ogni genere, scovare qualche piccolo "tesoro", portarselo a casa per una cifra irrisoria e, contemporaneamente, fare beneficenza. Sì, perché i ricavati vanno sempre e comunque in beneficenza. Non immaginate quei negozi sporchi e un po' puzzolenti pieni di roba vecchia, no: i charity shop inglesi sono, appunto, molto... "inglesi": tutto è silenzio, ordine e pulizia.
Io li frequento regolarmente, sono un'affezionata della sezione libri & magazines, ne ho comprati tantissimi spendendo praticamente nulla.
Una dei miei ultimi tesori è R2, fantastico magazine stampato su carta riciclata con immagini splendide, ricco di ispirazioni e con una fantastica sezione dedicata ai pattern.

Heart Stitch - A book about love

Heart Stitch è una sorta di libro-magazine virtuale che ho trovato su Issuu tempo fa e che torno sempre a guardare con piacere.
Si tratta di una serie di pagine - vere opere d'arte - dedicate all'amore. In particolar modo all'amore per il craft e l'arte. O almeno credo, visto che le poche frasi reperibili sono in tedesco. ;) Comunque sia, sfogliatelo, giuro che non ve ne pentirete!

Heart Stitch is a digital book-magazine about love. I found it on Issuu some months ago and I love it so much.
There are many many pages (every single page is an artwork) full of love. Love for craft and love for art. Well, I'm not really sure of this, cause it is written in german, but the book is beautiful, I swear!
