Oggi ho voglia di scappare per un po’ in un bosco e rifugiarmi in una baita per qualche giorno di magia.

But first, coffee
Pur essendo un’amante di tea, tisane e infusi vari (guai a chi mi tocca il mio herbal tea alla lavanda prima della nanna!), ho un rapporto speciale col caffè. Sarà che ho imparato a farlo da piccola, quando ancora non lo bevevo e da allora l’ho sempre visto come un rito importante. Sarà che mi parla di casa, di cose buone, sarà il profumo che di prima mattina ti rimette al mondo, sarà che quando si è all’estero il caffè ha anche un po’ il sapore della patria….
Even though I’m a lover of teas (lately I’m just slightly obsessed with lavender herbal tea), I have a very special relationship with coffee. Maybe it’s because i’ve learnt how to make it as a child, when I wasn’t allowed to drink it yet and since that time I see coffee as some kind of important ritual. And also because it reminds me of home and good little things. Maybe it’s because of its smell that brighten each new morning, and also ‘cause when you’re abroad coffee tastes like Italy to me...
